The town of Cary, North Carolina
Cary is the seventh largest town in North Carolina. A 2007 census estimated the population to be around 122,000 people. Cary is conveniently located within the triangle of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.
The real estate market in Cary has flourished for the last decade. Homes sell for an average of 300 - 400k. Preston wood country club is a big attraction for people moving to the area. It is a great 54 hole championship golf course.
Downtown Cary is fairly small compared to other towns of this size. The majority of the population lives within small communities throughout the area. A large portion of these people work in research triangle park. Research triangle park is a commercial area where several large companies are located. This area also includes the RDU international airport.
All in all Cary is a convenient place to live and work.
